How to Setup Fullwidth Background Image in Row
1. Go to Row > Edit Row > Row Styles > Select Row Layout.
2. Select Row Layout from the DropDown menu(Full Width).
3. Move to Background under Row Styles section.
4. Upload your Background image and Click Publish Button
